Water damage service in Orem, UT
Orem is our home city, and the dispatch line is answered 24/7 for every address inside it. The city sits in Utah County with State Street (US 89) through the middle and Interstate 15 on the west side, close to the eastern shore of Utah Lake.
Orem uses three ZIP codes. They are 84057, 84058 and 84097, and our business address at 560 S State St, Orem, UT 84058 is in the second. If your home falls in any of the three, you are in our home service area, and the dispatcher can confirm the details by phone.
Orem water and sewer basics
The Water Section of Public Works runs Orem culinary water, with about 23,530 connections. Supply comes from deep wells on the bench, two mountain springs and treated Provo River water, and sewage goes to the Orem Water Reclamation Facility.
For you, the practical point is simple. Know where your main shutoff valve is, and if a break is on the street side of the city meter, call the city water line. Inside the meter, call us.

☎ Call (385) 988-9410Provo, UT
Provo is the Utah County seat, about 4 miles from Orem to the south and east, and it sits on the east shore of Utah Lake with the Provo River running through it. Much of its storm system was converted from flood irrigation canals and pipes, and the city publishes flood information on floodplains, so check your address there. Many homes near BYU are rentals, so landlords and tenants should photograph damage early. See the Provo water damage page.
Lindon, UT
Lindon is about 3 miles north of Orem, between Orem and Pleasant Grove. Its pressurized irrigation system is not drinking water, it runs from about late April to mid-October, and residents must drain sprinkler lines and shut secondary valves before winter. A frozen or open secondary line is a common source of spring flooding, so do that chore early. More on the Lindon page.
Water spreading while you read? The dispatch line is open around the clock.
☎ Call (385) 988-9410Vineyard, UT
Vineyard is about 3 miles west of Orem near Utah Lake and grew from 139 residents in 2010 to 12,543 in 2020, the fastest growth in Utah. Nearly all housing is recent construction, so supply lines, water heaters, appliance hoses and fixtures are the usual failure points. Ask the warranty holder about coverage before repairs, and read the Vineyard page.
Pleasant Grove, UT
Pleasant Grove is about 6 miles north of Orem on the Mt. Timpanogos bench, with Battle Creek flowing through its canyon. In May 2005, Grove Creek runoff backed up a channel and the city routed water down Fifth North while volunteers filled sandbags. Creeks plus slope create runoff paths, so check lot grading, window wells and downspouts. Visit the Pleasant Grove page.
American Fork, UT
American Fork is about 9 miles north of Orem, at the foot of Mount Timpanogos, and the American Fork River runs through the city. In the 2023 spring runoff, a city flood prevention team cleared the channel, cleaned storm drain grates and filled over 5,000 sandbags with volunteers. If your lot is near the river, keep grates clear and point sump pump discharge away from the house. See the American Fork page.
Services available across the area
Every town above can reach the same six services. Water mitigation and emergency water removal handle the first hours and days, while water damage cleanup removes damaged materials and sanitizes.
Flood damage restoration covers storm, snowmelt and groundwater events, and water damage repair rebuilds once things are dry. Mold remediation is a secondary service for growth that follows moisture. The services overview helps you choose.
If your town is not listed
Utah County has more communities than the six we name here. If yours is not listed, call anyway and the dispatcher will tell you honestly whether a crew can reach you. We would rather say no than promise a visit we cannot make.
A quick way to check coverage is to name your town and your nearest main road when you call. Dispatch matches that against the crews available that day, so the answer comes in the first minute of the call rather than after a long hold.
